Privacy policy
Effective October 8, 2026. This covers the SpecialMe launch website only, not the app, which is not yet available. The app will have its own privacy policy before anyone uses it.
Who we are
SpecialMe is operated by Transformativa LLC. You can reach us at contact@gettransformativa.com.
What we collect
When you join the trial list we collect:
- your email address,
- your first name, if you give it,
- the type of person you say you are (parent, caregiver, professional or other), and
- the date and time you signed up, and that you agreed to be emailed.
Please do not send us health, school or other personal details about your child or anyone else through the form. We do not ask for them.
How we use it
We use it to email you about the SpecialMe trial, demo and launch, and to understand who is interested. We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or use it for anything else.
Where it is kept
Sign-ups are stored with our database provider, Supabase, in the United States. Only our team can read them. The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not run analytics. The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so Google may see your device’s IP address when the page loads.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove you or delete your information at any time by emailing contact@gettransformativa.com. We will do it promptly. We keep sign-ups until you ask us to remove them or until we no longer need them for the trial and launch.
Children
This website is for parents, caregivers and professionals. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above.
